Accessibility statement
How accessible Moymo is, what we know does not work yet, and how to tell us about a barrier.
Last updated 6 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-06
1. Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use Moymo, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion. We aim for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, the level the European standard EN 301 549 refers to.
2. Legal status
The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), implemented in the Czech Republic by Act No. 424/2023 Coll., applies to certain products and services, including e-commerce services. Moymo sells nothing and takes no payments, so it does not provide an e-commerce service; in addition the operator is a microenterprise, which the Act exempts as a service provider. [DOPLNIT: potvrdit velikost podniku - méně než 10 osob a roční obrat nebo bilanční suma nejvýše 2 mil. EUR]
This statement is therefore voluntary. If Moymo ever starts selling to consumers, this assessment will be repeated.
3. Current state
Moymo partially meets WCAG 2.1 level AA. It has not been audited independently; this statement is based on our own review on 6 October 2026.
- Pages are available in English and Czech and declare their language.
- Animations respect your system's reduced-motion setting.
- Interactive elements show a visible focus outline when used with a keyboard.
- Legal documents use real headings, lists and tables and work without scripts.
4. Known limitations
- Some secondary text - dates, labels, footnotes - has lower contrast than WCAG requires.
- Member profiles are designed by their owners. Custom fonts, colours, backgrounds, video, music and cursors can make a profile hard to read or use.
- Charts, such as price history and statistics, have no complete text alternative.
- Game artwork and screenshots from catalogue sources have no description beyond the game's name.
- The daily soundtrack game is built around listening to music.
- Embedded players from other services follow those services' own accessibility.
- Not every interactive component has been tested with screen readers.
5. Tell us about a barrier
If something stops you from using Moymo, write to [DOPLNIT: kontaktní e-mail provozovatele] and tell us which page and what happened. We will reply and, where we can, give you the content in another way.
6. About this statement
