4. Digital Services Act information

Moymo is a hosting service and an online platform under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act: it stores and publishes content provided by members and studios. It is not a very large online platform.

The operator is a micro or small enterprise within the meaning of Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC. [DOPLNIT: potvrdit počet osob, obrat nebo bilanční sumu a případné propojené podniky] Under Article 19 the obligations for online platforms in Articles 20 to 28, except Article 24(3), therefore do not apply, and neither do the transparency reports under Article 15. Moymo nevertheless offers an internal appeal against moderation decisions and describes its recommender systems in the Terms of Service.

Average monthly active recipients in the EU: provided to the Digital Services Coordinator or the European Commission on request (Article 24(3)). [DOPLNIT: případně zveřejnit průměrný měsíční počet aktivních příjemců]

Digital Services Coordinator for the Czech Republic: [DOPLNIT: ověřit - předpokládá se Český telekomunikační úřad podle zákona o digitální ekonomice].

How we moderate content, how to appeal and how games are ordered is described in the Terms of Service.

5. Reporting illegal content

Anyone can report content they believe is illegal with the notice form, even without an account. If someone's life or safety is in immediate danger, call 112 or the police on 158.

6. Reporting a security problem

If you find a vulnerability, write to [DOPLNIT: bezpečnostní e-mail] with enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not access, change or delete other people's data, do not degrade the service, and give us reasonable time to fix the problem before you make it public. We will confirm that we received your report and keep you informed.

The same information is published in machine-readable form at https://moymo.net/.well-known/security.txt.

7. Hosting

The service runs on Amazon Web Services servers in the EU ([DOPLNIT: region AWS]). E-mails are delivered by [DOPLNIT: poskytovatel doručování e-mailů].

8. Trademarks and sources

Game titles, artwork, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Sources, licences and trademark notices are listed on the Credits page.
