Astrobase Command

Player's Log: I discovered a rigorous space station builder called Astrobase Command, where crew make narrative decisions using an emotional simulation tied to all aspects of the RPG
About this game
Your species blew up its previous galaxy. For all the usual reasons. One wormhole later, a Cryoship filled with ten thousand of your civilization's "best and brightest" lands on the new homeworld. The terraforming begins, and an Astrobase is deployed to orbit. From behind your virtual desk, you build up the Astrobase, while sending out ships to explore the vast galactic expanse. Crew make their own decisions, and its up to you to manage their personalities. From killbots to brainworms, death comes in many forms. But the species must survive. A notice drops in the inbox: the Mainframe is hungry for crystals. Every job is done by a person, and every person has a life Spacial-logical resource economy to manage and balance Decisions have far-reaching consequences, and most problems are of your own design Characters are connected through a web of relationships Rogue-like RPG text-adventures spun into overarching storylines Your species dies if the Mainframe loses power. That's what the manual says, anyway
