Gothic 3 is a 2006 action role-playing game for Windows developed by Piranha Bytes. It is the sequel to Gothic II and the third game in the Gothic franchise. Players control the Nameless Hero, who sails to a new continent overrun with orcs who have enslaved the human kingdom. It received mixed reviews from critics for its unfinished state at launch. After Piranha Bytes and publisher JoWooD parted ways, bug fixes continued through community patches.

Ports of Gothic 3 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2 are scheduled to be released in November 2026, under the title Gothic 3 Classic.
