How they end
Moymo+ and Moymo MAX are earned, so the condition that earns one is also what keeps it. In short:
Moymo+ Moymo+ from Discord lasts while both stay true. Unlink Discord or leave the server and it ends automatically, without a separate warning; reconnect and rejoin and it comes back. Moymo+ earned as Inviter IV is yours for life.
Moymo MAX Moymo MAX earned through invitations or as Inviter V is yours for life: it does not end when the Discord condition lapses. If your Discord is not connected when your third friend qualifies, the reward waits until it is.
